Pontypool – A psychological thriller in which a deadly virus infects a small Ontario town.

This movie was suggested without following our suggested guidelines of also filling us in on your least and most favorite movies for context. That being said, we both pretty much hated this flick. Bad acting, lack of a real explanation of the virus, and lack of interesting cinematography. That being said, this may also be our shortest episode. Great beer though!

Surprised you both didn’t like the film as it’s genuinely one of my favourites. Maybe it’s a Canadian thing to like it.
I find it genuinely creepy because it doesn’t resort to just showing you the infected but is carried through interesting narrative devices like radio broadcasts and phone calls.
That being said, I do like a good zombie apocalypse movie. I find this a nice spin on it though.
